Shipping & Returns
Our orders are shipped worldwide. Shipments within the European Community take approximately 3/4 working days from the date of shipment; shipments to the rest of the world take about 7/10 working days from the date of shipment and the customs costs are not include in the shipping cost. Unfortunately, sometimes you may experience delays in delivery due to courier problems or unforeseen circumstances related to the specific destination country. These include national holidays, strikes or other events due to extraordinary conditions. In this case, we may be forced to postpone or cancel deliveries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Before signing, it is recommended that you inspect the package for signs of damage or other problems. Please report all problems to the courier immediately. Keep the delivery receipt in case of future problems with the delivery.
You can cancel your order and request a refund within 15 days from the delivery date. You can return the whole or any portion of your order. If you’d like to return the products and request a refund please contact our customer service at email@example.com. After the return has been confirmed by our customer services via email, you should send the products back to us within 15 days. Unfortunately, we don’t offer free returns. When preparing the return the package please make sure to place the products in their original box, to include all accessories and information material, and to attach a copy of the return acceptance email. Please place the original box in a protective carton package suitable for shipping. This will ensure that the products are returned in their original state and avoid incurring any charges for potential damage.
